Over the course of almost three decades, Stephane Zwirn, Esq. has provided legal services to a diverse range of individuals and businesses for the sale, purchase and lease of properties. After studying Political Science and Business Administration at Boston University, Ms. Zwirn attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She began her legal career with a focus in real estate while practicing landlord/tenant litigation and real estate transactions. Ms. Zwirn subsequently founded a law firm with offices in Mexico City and New York, where she focused on the North American Free Trade Agreement in addition to real estate law. Later, she practiced in the real estate department of Greenberg Traurig before establishing Zwirn Law, PLLC, where she utilizes her experience to represent domestic and international clients in the luxury market, affordable housing, and commercial leasing.
